This website provides general information about MetaPlanet Group, its algorithmic Bitcoin trading strategy and its reported performance. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

Services to clients are provided under a separate client or investment agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the client agreement prevails. Client capital stays in the client’s own account with a third-party broker; MetaPlanet Group does not hold client funds.

Portal access is for the named client only. Keep your sign-in details confidential, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect a client, the service or other users.

The current public fee schedule is shown on the Payment page. The fees a client owes are calculated under that client’s agreement and shown on their statements in the portal. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.

Performance figures are reported for transparency and are described in the Risk Disclosure. Live figures can be delayed, interrupted or revised. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the portal or any account.
• Do not interfere with the website’s operation, or scrape or overload it by automated means.
• Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose or to mislead others about MetaPlanet Group.

The website, its design, text, graphics, software and the MetaPlanet Group name and logo belong to MetaPlanet Group or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

The website relies on, and may link to, services operated by others, such as brokers, payment processors and chat providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaPlanet Group is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
